The rules
PineScripter is a developer tool. It helps people write code; it does not make anyone money, and nobody can honestly promise that it will. Every affiliate agrees to promote it that way. Breaking these rules means removal from the program and loss of commissions. This is a summary; the Affiliate Agreement is what you agree to.
You must
- Describe PineScripter as what it is: an AI developer tool that helps people write Pine Script code.
- Say clearly that you earn a commission, every time you share your link, before anyone clicks it.
- When you talk about trading, say that PineScripter is not financial advice and that trading involves risk.
- Fix or remove anything we ask you to within 48 hours.
You must never
- Claim or suggest that PineScripter, or any indicator or strategy made with it, will make anyone money, or is "profitable", "winning", or "guaranteed".
- Quote returns, win rates, accuracy, or any other performance figure, real or simulated.
- Show P&L screenshots, account balances, payouts, or lifestyle "guru" imagery next to PineScripter.
- Call PineScripter a source of trade ideas, buy or sell calls, or financial advice, or bundle it with a paid trade-call group, copy trading, or a "get rich" course.
- Suggest a connection with TradingView, spam, bid on our name in ads, or refer yourself.

Questions
- What counts as a referral?
- Someone who has never had a PineScripter subscription, visits through your link, and subscribes within 30 days on the same browser. The last affiliate link they clicked gets the credit.
- What happens if they change plans?
- You earn 30% of whatever they pay. If they upgrade, your commission goes up with it.
- What if they cancel and come back later?
- Commission is paid on the subscription you referred. If it ends, commission on it stops.
- Why so strict about claims?
- PineScripter is a developer tool, and nobody can promise that an indicator or strategy will make money. Claims like that mislead people and can break advertising and financial promotion law, for you and for us.
- Do I need to be a customer?
- No, but it helps. People who use PineScripter themselves tend to explain it best.
